As your Paymaster, we are a neutral third party to receive funds from any transaction between two separate individuals or businesses. Most individuals or groups, when receiving large amounts of funds, want to place their funds with a neutral third party for disbursement. This protects the funds and provides for the professional distribution of the funds according to the written instructions of our client(s).  In return for this service, we charge a fee that is negotiated in advance of the funds arrival into our Account. This fee is deducted from the incoming funds, and the remaining funds are professionally and quickly wired to the recipients according to written instructions.

Our Paymaster services are usually used in transactions which involve large sums of money. For example, the transfer of large quantities of cash, various financial instruments (bank guarantees, etc), and commodities like oil, gold, fertilizer, sugar, and gemstones typically involve millions of dollars. Our Paymaster's services can be used to facilitate the payments and disbursement of funds.

Placing the funds with a neutral and trustworthy third party reduces the risk to both Parties in a transaction. It assures that the sender of the funds has them placed in a safe account, and allows the receiver of the funds to fulfill his side of the transaction knowing that the funds will be immediately disbursed according to the written instructions of the Parties in the transaction.

 The Paymaster is not a party to the transaction and does not know the exact time that it will close. Part of our job is to check periodically with the bank to ensure that the payment has been transferred and then to disburse the funds as per written directions. Nor is the Paymaster allowed to disclose the identities of the parties to the transaction.

Our Paymaster services facilitate the transfer of cash, commodities and financial instruments without the inconvenience that can arise through using Letters of Credit. No credit scores or bank references are required of either party. New companies with no established credit history can trade freely. 

The process begins when a Party and/or all Parties within a transaction agree to use our professional Paymaster service.

After potential clients send us their information through the contact form below, e-mail, or through a referring third party, they will receive our Paymaster Client Information Sheet (CIS) to complete and e-mail back to us for initial compliance.

Then our legal team will send a "Paymaster Services Agreement (PSA)" to the hiring Party and/or to all the Parties responsible to pay the Paymaster service fee when the funds are received. The "PSA" outlines the exact amount of money each party will receive and how the funds will be disbursed to each person. Upon execution of the "PSA" and providing that all the Client's documentation is complete and accurate, typically the funds are disbursed and wired to the Parties accounts within 48 to 72 hours after the funds are received by the receiving bank and the funds are cleared to our account.

The funds will be distributed to the receivers and their respective receiving banks as specified on the executed documents or their written instructions, or held in trust for the benefit of the Parties for later disbursement if requested in writing by one or more of the beneficiaries (receivers).

Note: PAYMENTS AND DISBURSEMENTS CAN ONLY BE MADE INT THE FORM OF FEDERAL WIRE TRANSFERS OR SWIFTs. Cash, money orders, checks or cashier cheks are not permitted.

Because we offer multiple receiving bank accounts, our fees typically vary depending upon the receiving bank location and the amount of the entire transaction. it is known that some of the receiving bank accounts are more difficult to maintain or might require more legal assistance in order to accept larger funds however we are always very competitive and offer a valuable service for the fees being charged.

All the Parties' information is held in the most strict confidence after it has been received. This includes but is not limited to the names of the various individuals and/or corporations, contact and banking information, agencies with the "PSA," distributions or "Payout Amounts," and disbursement destinations.
